Stop unlawful victimless jail sentencing

Stop unlawful victimless jail sentencing
Why this petition matters

The people of California Republic are being unconstitutionally charged with bills of attainders, and victimless jail sentencing. The California constitution is a document that outlines the rights of people which are not obligated to pay bills to government bodies. One can find this literature at California constitution article 1 sec. 9. Nevertheless, people are taken to jail in lieu of victimless crimes. This petition is valuable for bringing awareness to people being sent to jail without committing a crime. Driving with a suspended license is not a crime. A crime has elements that need to be met.
A crime must have a injured body, intent, or damages. If nobody is hurt by not paying taxes, then one is entitled to be free from jail. If one owes child support then jail is not a proper punishment for failure to pay. Help stop unconstitutionalal court proceedings from sending people to jail without probable cause.
Other forms of punishment are viable forms of punishment, but not jail. Victimless sentencing is a violation of human rights, and needs to be stopped. With your signature you will be able to keep our country free from legislative invasion of our freedoms. Thank you for your time and participation.
