Majority Leader Eric Cantor and House Republicans caved to pressure from right-wing special interest groups, going behind closed doors to water down the STOCK Act, a bill banning insider trading in Congress.

At the last minute, Cantor and Republicans carved it. This is unacceptable to the American people.
