School funding is mainly raised from local property taxes meaning less wealthy areas don't raise as much money. Charter schools are mainly located in wealthier areas and they take away money from less fortunate schools. This gives the students fewer opportunities and programs that could further their education. Charter schools should be removed to allow for more equal opportunities at schools for students.
