With many Americans facing eviction soon due to COVID-19, I am calling on property management companies to lower their requirements for approval AND to lower monthly rental payments to a feasible living capability.  I am also calling on ALL of the credit bureaus to eliminate the FICO scoring system so that Americans can obtain a roof over their heads without prejudice. COVID-19 has left many of us unable to make our obligated payments, which then caused our scores to plummet making it impossible to even try to rent a home. The credit bureaus have done nothing to help with the pandemic. The property management companies are doing nothing to help with the pandemic besides trying to capitalise on everyone else’s minimal gains while at the same time allowing thousands of investor purchased homes in every city in America stand completely empty while many Americans do not have and soon many more will not have a roof over their heads.  These are most likely the same real estate investors that took advantage of the 1st PPP, which again took from the Americans that needed it the most. Without a roof of your head, it is impossible to have a stable environment so that we can begin to pick up the pieces and begin to return to some form of normalcy and routine.
