Why this petition matters
Hello, management this petition is for the staff as we believe there is a lack of communication between trainers, supervisors, and managers. We want to have more effective communication between staff members as well as some sort of wellness checkups between staff (we are people with feelings and people who have worked here dread to come into work if you do not believe what I am saying refer to how many people quit over the past few months, especially the women) Furthermore I believe some staff input should go towards the rising in ranks process. How can one lead if the one leading is not liked by their peers? There has been an unjust treatment of a nameless few people who have been getting unfair advantages in the workplace like getting overtime while others can't as they continue to take advantage of it when some people really need the money more than others. All I am asking is for fairness in the workplace as we don't want to dread work. I believe that work can be a fun place to be as well as be effective from a business point of view but not how it's running currently. Please show concrete proof that you will be willing to change things (not I will think about it! Show that you care about staff actions are louder than words. Could perhaps do wellness checks or seeing if workers are happy with changes in different aspects of change) As for me, I want to stay anonymous and I have a right to anonymity so please do not try and find out the author of this petition if you do find out I as well as my coworkers have a legal right to petition as stated in the national "labor relations act" as a right to organize so any different treatment will be seen as unjust in a court of law.
