I live in Bingley. I'm glad we have a music festival.

BUT, the line up for this year's Bingley Weekender, organised by SSD Concerts in conjunction with the Bingley Rugby Club, is very badly out of balance.

The image shows how the line up looks if your removed all of the "all-male" acts. 

So, next year I'd like to see a more diverse, gender balanced, line up.

There are music industry initiatives that are trying to address this AND there are festivals committed to a 50/50 gender balance. Why  not ours?
