We would like access to Steven Ave Southbound via 42nd Street westbound returned to be able to have equal access to the on and off ramps at 46th street and 35w.  

This is the only frontage street access that has been denied in any direction to all on and off ramps near 42nd street and 35w.  This access has not been cut off to the people of the Kingfield neighborhood but it has been cut off to all of us on the east side of 35w.  This affects hundreds to thousands of people and we’d like our equal access returned to us on the east side of 35w.

We’d like to have the bollards that have been put in place removed so that cars and bicycles can turn left onto Stevens Avenue from 42nd Street just as they can on all other frontage streets near 42nd and 35w.

We’d like the city of Minneapolis, our city council, and our local representative, Andrea Jenkins, to see the blatant disparity here and return equal access to all residents
