Support filtered water bottle stations in Chichester

As you may be aware, the water within Chichester Science Center at Longwood University has poor flavor. Interviews with students and faculty have made it apparent that the poor flavor may be a deterrent to drinking water from the provided fountains. This may be contributing to higher usage of plastic water bottles which are often times not recycled despite the presence of recycling bins within the building.

However, the installation of filtered water bottle stations may remedy some of the usage of water bottles in Chichester. By providing these stations, students and staff will have access to pleasant tasting water with greater incentives to use them, as it saves them money from having to buy plastic water bottles.

If you support the installation of these systems in Chichester, please, let Longwood hear your voice in this issue!
