Everyday thousands of Android users unlock their bootloaders and root their phones. Many people switch to Android with the pure intention of rooting and using custom roms and themes. As a community we don't think rooting leads to cheating, if you visit any game modding websites you will realise that all it takes is a modified apk / app data which do not require root to install.
