Only 32% of the population recycles, and the top reason Americans say they do not recycle is due to a lack of convenient access. Many counties have stopped accepting plastic for recyling, and many places dont recycle at all. There are tons of plastics and junk in landfills, slowly damaging the environment, water ways, and our precious oceans.The United States alone has nearly 19 thousand plastic producing factories and not even 1 thousand recycle factories.
