We, the undersigned, support the staff in their decision to join with the Washington-Baltimore News Guild (CWA) Local 32035 to bargain collectively. We want Common Cause to live up to its principles of holding power accountable and ensuring a fair and equitable world, including the workplace. We are encouraged to hear that Common Cause management intend to voluntarily recognize their staff's union, and urge management to hold a good-faith negotiation process.
