Being a person who works in the first line with people who can no longer mentally nor physically cope with the restrictions of COVID-19. I ask at what point must it be understood that covid is now and will be forever a part of our life. 80% of the Quebec population has received a second dose of the vaccine. Most of us are now waiting for our third dose of the Covid vaccine. Countless people in the health sector who are burning out, my question is for what reason…. The emergencies and the hospitals are overflowing with people not with health problems but people who are panicking with fear that they have been infected with Covid. That fear is being created by our government. They are on the news telling how many people have contracting the virus, but they are not assuring the population that the majority of the people who have received 2 or more vaccinations or not experiencing serious health complications also not mentioning the percentage of people being tested compared to a year ago. Because a year ago only people who had symptoms went for testing now the people who have received vaccinations (once again believing the government that after your 2nd vaccination you will be protected) are terrified that they too will die. This must stop now. The media with the help of the government is creating a situation where the collapse of our medical, physical, and mental system is inevitability!!!!  IT HAS TO STOP!!!

The vaccination campaign for the third dose has begun the belief is that once the majority have received the is as protected as it can be. The third dose of the vaccination we should return 2 the closest possible to a normal life. Eventually everyone will contract the virus COVID-19, But the fact is with proper vaccinations the symptoms are less severe and most of the population will not need hospitalization.

The government needs to put an end to this mentally exhausting, financially draining and devastating damage to our health resources, our nurses and doctors and paramedics as well as the support teams and all those working in community service are burning out. We must demand that the government give us an end.

We must demand that the government of Canada and Quebec agree that life should return to ‘normal’ after the majority of the population has three vaccinations. The continuous alterations of our daily lives must STOP!!!!!!!
