The Enloe mascot does not represent the wants OR the needs of the Enloe student body. Students love wombats, teachers love wombats, everybody loves wombats. Wombats are an endangered species and changing the Enloe high school mascot to a wombat would raise student and teacher awareness on the issue. A mascot change could also make news headlines in North Carolina which could spark a revolution to help save the wombats. Please sign our petition to change the Enloe mascot from an eagle to a wombat, we would greatly appreciate it.
