"Enhanced Membership Fees" only for new structures

"Enhanced Membership Fees" only for new structures
Why this petition matters
Crystal Beach Resort is charging their tenants atronomical prices for bigger decks, more than one shed, items made of wood, add on rooms etc. Many of these things have been attached to trailers for years with no problems and make our park look more presentable. The new fees will potentially charge tenants thousands of extra dollars.
This petition is to the park owners to have the structures that are already on the trailers/sites be grandfathered into the basic membership fee and only apply to new structures on sites. The owner of the park has told tenants before "as long as it looks good" when asked about building decks and add ons. If tenants knew they would be charged thousands of dollars every year to have these additions, they would not have spent thousands of dollars to build them in the first place.
In return for these astronomical prices tenants don't have access to public bathrooms, the beach is left dirty every week, there are no activities or events for campers, a pool that could have been a quick lining fix turned into a cesspool for over a decade, our restaurant has been closed along with access to buy ice on site and more (or I guess less). Tenants have to work together to put on social events for the resort and raise money in order to have these events as well as playground equipment and picnic tables. We spent our time and money repairing damages after a tornado hit our park while the owners left and didn't even check to see if anyone was hurt. The tenants deserve better than what the owners are currently providing and should not have to pay extra money when the park refuses to even maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Crystal Beach Resort owners/managers, take this petition as a request to let the structures that are already built and are in place on each site be grandfathered into the "basic membership fee" and only new structures on sites charged as "enhanced membership fees".
