To put India as a 'red listed' country. Since they are the 3rd worse country after USA and Brazil with almost 87,000 cases per day. It is not fair to let them to travel where they will create more risk for the United Kingdom. If passengers from India without staying at quarantine hotels, then the United Kingdom won't be able to have a safe summer holiday.
