Animal's are being dumped in alarming numbers here in west Texas,  namely Midland and odessa.

We need law enforcement to step up and start ticketing and enforcing these laws. We need encouragement from law enforcement to report these violations and know something will be done about it! We need law enforcement to To respond to accounts of animal cruelty. And arrest offenders! These felony acts need to be stopped.and people responsible held accountable.There's laws protecting all animals, from weather conditions to being tied up outside, and being dumped. We need our leaders to know we have had enough of seeing this every day and change is needed.
