End the termination/denial of employment for off-the-clock marijuana use in Colorado

On 6 November 2012, Colorado voters passed Amendment 64, which legalized marijuana for recreational purposes. However, 5 years later, employees and job applicants can still be fired or denied employment for off-the-clock use of marijuana, for both medical and recreational purposes. With this petition, we hope to pave the way toward a 2018 ballot measure which will end employment discrimination against marijuana users in the state of Colorado.
