The fact is that many students become teachers because of their passion for it,whilst others decide to do courses they love first, and then add teaching upon graduation due to the lack of jobs in their chosen fields , it becomes incredibly unfair to those with four years to finish their degrees.Additionally Funza Lushaka does not fund majority of B.education students as it funds more PGCE education students. We request to stop the enrollment of PGCE programs since Minister Blade Nzimande announced that they will no longer fund B.education due to the oversupply of teachers.
