Sexism is an extremely prominent and troublesome issue in today's society. Women (in the main) are paid less than men just because of their gender, while they work the same amount or even more than men do. 

People around the world are victim to the gender pay gap every day, and for the most part, this issue goes by without being brought to justice.

If we are able to close the gender pay gap, it will be easier for thousands, if not millions of women and even more families, as they will be able to have enough money for their necessities. 

As a generation who has the ability to make huge changes in today's world, it is the bare minimum that we can do to help --- even the smallest change can trigger the possible downfall of this issue.
