Sexual harassment is a big issue in today's society. I am interested in this topic because sexual harassment happens more than we realize it does. Some people make jokes and don't realize this makes the other person feel uncomfortable. This simply can be considered sexual harassment. This topic is very important to me because of personal experience. As I mentioned, abuse can be followed by sexual harassment. These two things drastically affect women's lives. This affects their confidence, self-respect, and dignity. I have watched important women in my life go through these things and I want to make a change happen.
