Our purpose is to enable and ensure gender equality in education and employment – empowering women to achieve their dreams and assuring they live free from discrimination and harassment while sharing equal rights and opportunities with men. 

Our purpose is to also provide aid and support to those courageous individuals, both men and women alike, who have spoken out against sexual harassment and discrimination, and now face retaliatory actions from either their harasser, employer or educational institution.
