End noise pollution in Kilimani

We, the undersigned neighbours of the Kilimani Primary School, wish to complain that the church of Bishop David Owuor and the Ministry of Holiness and Repentance Church are in violation of noise ordinances under the Noise Pollution and Vibrations Act. The church has been holding their services at Kilimani Primary School over the last year. These services have become inordinately loud and raucous, and are causing disturbance in our otherwise quiet neighbourhood. They begin as early as 6am on a Sunday morning and end as late as 5pm. The noise can be heard as far as Muringa road and Lenana road. Some residents are even unable to host functions in their homes. Given that the school is located in a residential area, we demand the Board of Management instruct the church to move to a more suitable location within this week. Failure to do, shall require us to take more drastic action.
Yours sincerely, the undersigned
