We are asking the Lincoln City Council, Lincoln Mayor Gaylor Baird, and Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Director Pat Lopez to END the State of Emergency as well as the mandatory mask mandate in Lincoln.

We believe this mandate to be not only in opposition to Liberty but also unsupported by factual data therefore rendering it untrustworthy and unnecessary.

The data being collected and released to the public concerning COVID-19 and the effectiveness of masks has thus far been contradictory and conflicting not only among those releasing the data but also among doctors across the world.  

The hospitalization and death rates for COVID-19 are very low when compared to deaths from other circumstances such as vehicle accidents, drugs, suicide, and other health issues.

Forcing individuals to wear a mask also carries many uncertainties and health risks.

Simply put, people should not be forced to wear a mask!

REPEAL the Mask Mandate immediately and leave it up to each individual to decide what is best for them and their personal health.
