In my High School I have seen discrimination against, many students. Dealing with dress code and headphones. My Freshman year, I had a friend that was slammed down by officers which caused a concussion also was completely bruised due to wearing a Du-Rag. The dress code is picked n chose with students, along with headphones. A close friend of mine has been dress coded many times for having tights and shorts on and wearing crop tops. Recently on May 11,2022 a Student was suspended for have a headphone in after the main principal Mr. Thomas had said “alright, you are starting to piss me off” to a student. Which who they have been targeting all year long, including her clothes which she can not afford new clothing. I would like to take this to the Board Of Education however, I need the support and attention to make a case.
