Please release this elephant. Who in this day and age keeps animals confined to cells with cement floors? Others in the country have released their elephant into a reserve. What is stopping you? Greed? Not caring?

It’s been heartbreaking to see this poor creature isolated ... how cruel. Give her some peace and compassionship. Bronx Zoo - you know better than this

Elephants are very social animals and I am appalled at the thought of this zoo refusing to do what would be in the best interest of the elephant. It sounds like this zoo has forced Happy to remain confined despite offers provide Happy with a better lifestyle and that is unacceptable for a zoo. Conservation should be foremost in the thought of every zoo!!

Elephants are intelligent and have emotions and memories. They have a right to live their own prison free lives.
