I think this it is wrong to deny anyone care. What if the person seeking care was one of your parents or your siblings? Would you like that?

How do complete strangers with no interest in the patient's welfare get control over the rights of the family and what sort of judge would sanction this? The sickening decline in Anastasia's health at the hands of her appointed "guardians" and her ultimate murder is monstrous and it is shocking that such abuse can and does happen in America. This is an atrocity! The unspeakable suffering this poor woman was forced to endure is an outrage! "Murder Boards" must be held accountable for their crimes against humanity! Patients are human beings who deserve respect and dignity, they are not to be disposed of like garbage! Their rights and those of their families must be protected from hospitals seeking control over the defenseless for their own agendas. Anastasia and all the other victims of this twisted practice deserve JUSTICE!

As a former mental health attorney who defended clients against guardianship, I know of the potential abuses of this sometimes necessary legal instument. You seem like such a loving, caring family member. I hold you all in love and light.

I have a beautiful special needs niece and her parents do absolutely everything for her! If not for them, then Madi would not have a voice. In the case of Anastasia she does not have a voice since the hospital took hers away and placed a lawyer instead! Such a tragedy and it’s sad!! Her family should know what’s best, not some tight suit who only wants a paycheck and could careless how this poor patient feels!!

Murder by Proxy under the guise of "relieving suffering" is still murder. Please do not manipulate vulnerable patients and their families legally in order to kill or allow others to kill and starve them just because they have brain damage.

I have loved ones who can not speak for themselves. I know what they would want and I don’t want anyone to overrule my decisions
