Workers are denied a path to permanent jobs by labor contractualization, often known as "end-of-contract" or "endo." After six months, employees are mandated by law to be granted permanent status. Why should contracting be removed? It slows the economy since workers are fired every five to six months, leaving them jobless. Employee benefits are non-existent. There is employee manipulation and low pay. It produces a tumultuous work environment.
