As a tenant of Oakwood Apartments I am requesting that the property management put an end to the contract that blocks the tenants from finding reliable internet coverage from other companies.  Cox cable is over priced and it is rarely reliable.  For the tenants who work from home this is unacceptable.  If a tenant is unhappy with deplorable service that is offered at a 20% higher than average cost they should have the freedom to choose tv, phone and internet coverage from other local providers.
