As most people know, in the United States healthcare costs are extremely high. In the state of Massachusetts we want to try to make healthcare costs cheaper for the average American. We will do this by trying to repeal Certificate of Need laws. These laws require that the state approves healthcare expansions which greatly increases healthcare costs because it reduces supply.
