Hello, we are being faced with another act against our basic principles and rights under the Constitution of the United States. Currently there is an organized effort to damage your vehicle which is thought to create pollution. All mass produced vehicles are currently regulated by the EPA. 

    I need your help to enact an order by our state legislation and Governor McMaster to create a bill to charge any offender as a felon and to prosecute under federal law 18 USC 2331. Which prohibits such acts.
