Due to the situation in Ukraine, Sony decided to turn off the PS Store in the Russian region, which is why hundreds of thousands of players from the CIS countries using the Russian region for their purchases found themselves in a hopeless situation. The vast majority of players from the CIS opened their accounts in the Russian region primarily due to the presence of a language they understand (Russian) in games. Due to the shutdown of the store, the ability to download even free games, as well as additional content of already purchased games, was also lost. We urge Sony to reconsider their decision and reopen the store for players from the CIS countries. Thank you.
