Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, more and more global companies have completely or partially closed their businesses in Russia and, conversely, brought their products and services to Ukraine. For example, Paypal became available in Ukraine and closed in Russia, Starlink service is already active in Ukraine, and so on. In turn, the Russian government is blocking Instagram in Russia.

Many music streaming services are available in Ukraine including Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music, and Deezer and lots of Ukrainian people pay for listening to music even in such difficult times.

In this regard, we, Ukrainian citizens, really don't understand why Instagram music is still unavailable in Ukraine and still available in Russia. Therefore, we kindly ask Meta Platforms, the owner of Instagram, to:

1. Enable Instagram Music in Ukraine
2. Disable it in Russia
