Emtel Ltd Airbox Rodrigues Poor Connectivity

Dear Airbox Users

We are hereby contacting you regarding the poor connectivity of AirBox Rodrigues since January 2018.

Emtel Ltd advertise to provide a service up to 1mbps at Rs899.00 to the Rodriguan customers, however since mid January 2018 we noticed a severe drop in the connectivity where the downstream does not even exceed the 100kbps, which is far from what they agreed to. Also note since the problem occurred you may notice that the Emtel Ltd has removed the Airbox Special Rodrigues webpage.

We want to underline that Airbox Rodrigues is down almost everyday without notice or apology from Emtel Ltd which is becoming frustrating for all of us. Especially we are paying a considerable monthly subscription for such a poor service.

We shall give Emtel Ltd until 29 May 2018 to resolve these issues. Else we will have to reclaim the modem router fee and the monthly fees we paid for since January 2018.
