Employment discrimination could be described as an employee being treated differently because of their race, age, gender, disability, religion, etc. This issue is worldwide, and it is affecting people of many kinds. People are taught to hate by their mentors because everyone is born clueless until they learn something. Racism flows through generations of family by the parent teaching their kid that the person with a different skin color is weird, evil. Which does nothing but cause hatred in the world. Employment discrimination could cause someone to live a difficult life because the world is revolving around money. If someone isn’t able to receive a job, that means they won’t be able to make ends meet in their lives.
