The Jane Club is rewriting the rules between women and work by offering the first and only shared workspace that provides on-site child care, community support and a soft landing for return to work mothers.
The Jane Club On-Campus is an extension of this work by providing a turnkey solution to companies that help employees stay more engaged when in the office and remain in the workforce while balancing competing work and life priorities.
America is the only country in the world that does not provide guaranteed paid Family Leave. With in-office amenities such as dedicated work space for return to work parents as early as 3 months postpartum, on-site infant care, and a full slate of support classes, The Jane Club On-Campus intends to privatize The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 with this full family benefit available nationwide.
