Lydia is the best of us and makes 792 a home. Her smiling face, her genuine care of the lives of the residents, her humor, her empathy- she is the best part of this building. As tenants we just found out that due to an inability to raise her pay, they are abruptly relocating her to 3rd avenue. We know Lydia will do a great job wherever she goes, but Lydia goes above and beyond and deserves a raise and to stay where she is. This is more than a job, Lydia attracts people to resign their lease because of her presence in the building. Multiple people have resigned because of Lydia.
