For almost a year Empire Columbia run by the Park7 Group have robbed its residents of use of the amenities that they utilize to advertise and draw people in.

Recently they have once again drained and closed the pool because there were too many people using it. This is completely unfair to the residents who pay rent here, especially the ones who didn't even violate any rules.

This has been common practice for Empire Columbia as last week the hot tub was drained. Empire Columbia has also cited that they will get in trouble with the City of Columbia if they do not tightly regulate the pool. However, at other apartment buildings such as Reign and The Gates at Williams-Brice, this tight unfair regulation does not occur.

We the residents of Empire Columbia respectfully call on the office and the Park7 Group to stop these unethical practices, reopen the pool, set up the lounge chairs, and extend the hours.

UPDATE: The pool has been reopened, however we still are respectfully demanding the hours be extended and the lounge chairs be set up as they are at other complexes. 

UPDATE 3/10/21: The pool has been closed once again for "maintenance". It has been closed for the third straight day now.
