Provide Better Toilet Paper in Public Restrooms

Provide Better Toilet Paper in Public Restrooms
Why this petition matters
The toilet paper provided in public restrooms across campus are simply not sufficient. Both too thin and too rough, it is painful for me when I use the restroom. The school has enough money ($7.3 billion endowment) to provide students with better resources. In fact, this would likely save the school money. For example, it has been proven that thicker, more durable, (and often softer) toilet paper requires consumers use less of the toilet paper. Further, Emory University has proven its commitment to reducing its carbon footprint. There are many alternatives to the current paper the university uses that have received "A ratings" in a report done by Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and Stand.earth. These alternatives include 365, Seventh Generation, Natural Value, and Trader Joe's. Please stand with me!! nrdc.org/media/2019/190220
