Islamophobia has been on the rise in France.Muslims are being particularly targeted and rules are being put in place where Muslims cannot freely practise their religion.Recently a bill has been approved by the French Senate where hijab is being banned for under 18s and parents that wear hijab cannot go with their children on residential trips.The Niqab was banned.Now people cannot even choose what to wear. this is breach of basic human rights.This is taking away the rights of Muslim women,Women are supposed to have rights to choose what they can wear but here this right is being take away from them.

The bills must be amended and Muslims should be allowed to practise their religion freely.There are 5-7 million muslims in France and have they caused any problems to people? ,yes there might be some people who are criminals but that does not mean all muslims are criminals.You cannot blame Islam as the problem as there are approx. 2 billion muslims practising Islam around the world have they caused any problems to others ? although there might be some bad ones but that does not make all muslims bad.Therefore ,this bill must be amended and Muslims should be able to practise Islam freely.

Having a belief is a basic human right and how is it okay to force someone to leave their beliefs which does not even harm others .This is clearly opression on Muslims in France.
