Je veux ma maman !

Je vis en Pologne et je ne peux pas accompagner mon bébé chez le médecin.

Le gouvernement de Pologne m’a envoyé une lettre officielle cette semaine m’avertissant que pour accéder aux soins, un étranger doit parler polonais ou fournir un traducteur.

Dans notre cas, si mon bébé de 8 mois doit aller à l’hôpital, je n’ai aucun droit. Officiellement l’hôpital a le droit de choisir le papa au lieu de moi et me refuser l’accès. Ils ont le droit de refuser mon traducteur car il est le papa. Donc tant que je n’ai pas une fortune à dépenser en traducteur inconnu dans l’espoir qu’ils acceptent sachant qu’ils peuvent refuser, je ne peux pas être auprès de ma fille si elle est danger.

Elle avait 2mois, elle était en risque de déshydratation, elle était allaitée uniquement. Ils m’ont interdit d’être avec elle. Elle a dû attendre 4heures avec son papa désespéré sans boire alors que sa vie était en jeu.

J’ai dis au revoir à mon bébé sur le parking avec mon masque sans lui faire un bisou.

L’ambassade n’a rien pu faire, l’hôpital a tous les droits et à ce jour le gouvernement polonais annonce que la charte Européenne des droits de l’enfant n’est pas valable dans leur pays.

Ma fille de 8 mois n’a eu la chaleur de sa maman pour aucun de ses vaccins, aucune des manipulations des médecins et même si son papa est formidable. Il n’est pas sa maman.

A cause de mon handicap neurologique, je suis physiquement incapable de maîtriser le polonais. Après 4 ans, je sais me présenter et c’est déjà une grosse victoire pour moi.

Nous sommes désespérés et nous vous demandons de l’aide afin que je puisse rentrer avec mon traducteur, son papa, pour enfin tenir la main de mon bébé lorsqu’elle a besoin de moi.

Nous mettons en ligne une pétition que nous adresserons au président Mr. Macron dans l’infime espoir qu’il entende notre histoire.

I want my mom !

I am living in Poland and I cannot take my baby to the doctor.

The Polish Government sent me an official letter this week warning me that, in order to access healthcare, a foreigner must speak Polish and provide a translator.

In our case, if my 8 month old baby has to go to hospital, I have no rights. Officially, the hospital has the right to choose her Daddy over me and forbid me the access.

So, until I have a fortune to spend on an unknown translator in the hope they will agree, knowing they can refuse, I cannot be with my daughter if she is in danger.

She was 2 months old, she was at risk of dehydration, she was breastfed only. They forbade me to be with her. She had to wait 4 hours with her desperate dad without drinking when her life was on the line.

I said goodbye to my baby in the parking lot with my mask on, without giving her a last kiss.

The embassy was unable to do anything, the hospital has all the rights and to this day the Polish Government announces that the European Charter of the Rights of the Child is not valid in their country.

My 8 month old daughter hasn’t had the warmth of her mom for any of her vaccine, none of the doctor’s manipulations and even thought her dad is awesome. He is not her mom.

Due to my neurological disability, I am physically unable to master Polish. After 4 years, I know how to present myself and it is already a big victory for me.

We are desperate and we ask for your help so that I can come with her with my translator, her Daddy, to finally hold my baby’s hand when she needs me.

We are posting a petition online that we will address to the French President Macron in the faint hope that he hears our story.

Chcę moją mamę!

 

Mieszkam w Polsce i nie mogę pójść z dzieckiem do lekarza.

W tym tygodniu otrzymałam od Rzecznika Praw Pacjenta oficjalne pismo, w którym zostałam poinformowana, że aby skorzystać z opieki zdrowotnej, cudzoziemiec musi mówić po polsku lub posiadać tłumacza.

W moim przypadku, gdy moje ośmiomiesięczne dziecko musi iść do szpitala, nie mam żadnych praw. Oficjalnie szpital ma prawo wybrać tatę w moje miejsce i odmówić mi wstępu. Mają prawo odmówić mojemu tłumaczowi, ponieważ jest tatą. Tak więc dopóki nie będę mieć fortuny na obcych tłumaczy, których szpital i tak może odrzucić, nie mogę być z moją córką, jeśli znajdzie się w niebezpieczeństwie.

Gdy miała 2 miesiące, groziło jej odwodnienie. Była karmiona wyłącznie piersią, ale pracownicy szpitala zabronili mi być z nią. Musiała czekać bez picia 4 godziny ze zdesperowanym ojcem, kiedy jej życie było zagrożone.

Na parkingu pożegnałam się w masce z moim dzieckiem bez całowania go.

Ambasada nie była w stanie nic zrobić, szpital ma wszelkie prawa, a Rzecznik Praw Pracjenta twierdzi, że Europejska Karta Praw Dziecka w Polsce nie ma znaczenia.

Moja ośmiomiesięczna córka nie miała ciepła swojej mamy podczas żadnego z jej zastrzyków, żadnego z zabiegów lekarzy, a mimo że jej tata jest świetny... On nie jest jego mamą.

Ze względu na moją niepełnosprawność neurologiczną nie jestem w stanie opanować języka polskiego. Po 4 latach potrafię się przedstawić i to już dla mnie duże osiągnięcie.

Jesteśmy zdesperowani i prosimy o Twoją pomoc, abyśmy mogły pójść do lekarza z moim tłumaczem, jej tatą; bym mogła w końcu trzymać moje dziecko za rękę, kiedy będzie mnie potrzebować.

Publikujemy w Internecie petycję, którą skierujemy do prezydenta Macrona z nikłą nadzieją, że usłyszy naszą historię.
