My buses never show up according to the live timetable at the mall. Happened 4 times in a row, in middle of weekdays.

Isn't the idea of public transport to decongest cities and towns? Isn't the idea of public transport environmental friendliness? Isn't the idea of public transport to create cleaner air and less smog? Isn't the idea of public transport to be used by every member of the public?

Wake up Canberra, and do what you've promised the citizens that voted for you!
Fixing the problem with the public transport system, is a cheap way of doing your part in reversing climate change!!

This is why I sign...!!!

My trip to Woden from Weston was made impossible - it is literally quicker to walk than get the bus now - and my feet are more reliable!

The bus timetable in Kambah was terrible before the change. It is horrendous now. People with disabilities, aged persons and children now need to be driven EVERYWHERE! Shame on you transport Canberra.

Where I live, there used to be 4 buses that came roughly every ten minutes on both weekdays and weekends. There also used to be a school bus I could easily catch in the mornings. After the new "improvements" there is only one bus that goes through my neighbourhood and it comes every hour on weekends and every half hour on weekdays, which means it takes much longer to get anywhere. They also cut my school bus which means that my whole family is inconvenienced by having to drop me at school (my siblings are both at different schools to me). My friends have also been impacted by this, which sucks. The tram doesn't even go to the south side, so I don't see why its presence should impact what used to be a perfectly fine system.

not only did the change cause me to have a panic attack in civic, but now it means I have to further plan every aspect of my day to day travel to avoid further incident something which wasn't an issue before, on top of that the new timetable has cut out CIT bruce and several other higher education institutions this means that me and other female students and staff now have to walk to the bus stop in the late hours of the evening which is unsafe and not to seem dramatic or anything but id rather not be raped and murdered trying to get home from my classes thank you very much.

Canberra’s public transport system needs to be based on community needs. Please listen to the people who actually use public transport (because most ACT politicians drive and rarely set foot on a bus).

Ease of public transport is essential to people utilising it.
