For over 3 years a friend of mine has suffered through the abduction of PEACHES, his pitbull. He hasn't given up hope to this day to find her...my daughter still tears up with wondering what and who and why someone would steal her puppy right out of her front yard...I myself have suffered in the pain and heartbreak of having my pit stolen. This is an everyday occurrence, where some schmuck takes someone's else's pet. They do it for illegal fighting, they do it for breeding houses, some do it just cus they could, they use them as bartering value on the streets for God knows what...and it continues because nothing is ever done about, due to lack of education of the subject, that is about to be handled, and 2 , they don't file reports because they simply sint know that the abduction of their pet is a felony.  They would hang people if you stole someone's horse..we have amber alert in place to alert mass populations with accurate info on a recent abduction of our children, why not have the same for our four legged children as well. America's most wanted has been airing criminal and thugs mug shots for decades and with success. Our military and law enforcement agencies have trained canines to partner them to assist and keep us safe, we should have something to protect them too. Not everybody wants their pet chipped, or they cant afford it...Our pets are not just pets, they're part of our families, they love us as much as we love them and then some...they are our babies..help me and support me in bringing this to light, getting law enforcement agencies to engage and cooperate In sponsoring and "authenticating" the need for this safety alert.
