I was on Instagram earlier today and I came across a video of some kids on a bodaboda (motorbike) I assume were going to school.

They had an exact model of the EASY COACH bus! Which I think was an assignment. Have you seen the video? It’s A1 mad TALENT!

Sign this petition to have the KENYAN GOVERNMENT EMBRACE CBC- the whole idea of the Competency Based Curriculum is to nurture talent, our younger generations will get to excel and make a living out of what they are talented in! Skills that come naturally to them! It doesn’t have to be an ugly struggle trying to master mathematics formulas for them to be ‘someone’ in this country -because of the career paths that are commonly seen to be the top best! CBC is saying, you can be a singer if that’s what you are passionate/interested/ good in ! CBC is embracing working hard in areas you feel home in! Some of us missed out on that and we are still confused and struggling because we were not good enough in physics mathematics chemistry etc we were good in art! Dance! Craft! Singing!

This petition is directed towards the Presidential task force that has been appointed to review and reform CBC. Our hope is that they may only improve upon a good thing and not scrap it altogether.

We missed opportunities to grow in what we would flourish in- simply because we didn’t get grades to get us to higher education!
