On the 29th of September 2018, our brother and friend Leon Koffi was viciously attacked in Sofia, Bulgaria.

He sustained several life-threatening injuries, as well as long term psychological damage.

To date, nobody has been held accountable for the savage attack on Leon.

Due to the severity and barbaric nature of this unprovoked incident, we are now concluding that, the attack on Leon Koffi was racially motivated.                              We are vehemently opposed to any form of heinous and racially motivated violence. 

As a result, we are calling on the Bulgarian authorities to take all necessary steps to bring those responsible to justice immediately and for the British Embassies to improve their response to Black British citizens subject to racism aboard.
