Aliens on traffic mishap
April 12, 2015 - 'Two resident foreigners argue on who is right before a policeman in a slight traffic mishap that created a traffic jam at the boulevard. Lesson: those arrogant aliens should stop berating Filipinos in traffic mishaps because they too are also asholes on the road. Everybody makes mistakes including ignorant white-skinned people. If you experience arrogant aliens, take their photos on your cellphones and send it to this paper. We will put them in their proper places. We don’t need arrogant tourists here. Attention: RR Maquiling, city tourism officer'.

The newspaper should print a retraction and an unreserved apology to all the thousands of lawful and law abiding non-Filipino residents in the Philippines.
The Negros Chronicle has failed to uphold the Philippine Press Institute, National Union of Journalists of the Philippines, and National Press Club Journalists’ Code of Ethics and has infringed Presidential Decree No. 996 On Racial Discrimination.
