Australia is being devastated by fire like no other time in our proud history. Elton - you are in Australia touring and I know you love this Country with a passion. The entire population would love you forever if you could headline a fundraising concert maybe based from the MCG in Melbourne and televised around Australia live, and across the world. We have some magnificent Australian artists who would support you and together we can all make a difference to the lives of the volunteers, workers, victims and animals caught up in this unfolding disaster. Australia needs you - music is always the best healer. 

We would need promotors on board - perhaps all the big Australian ones - Dainty, Chugg, Wheatley, Gudinski etc. could get together to form one company to promote and stage this event. What a true Australian thing to do in a time of need.

My wish list for entertainers would be Elton John, John Farnham, Icehouse, Hunters and Collectors, Hoodoo Gurus, Daryl Braithwaite, Colleen Hewett, Vanessa Amorosi, Tina Arena, Guy Sebastian - but their would be many many others.
