I understand this doesn’t seem as though it would improve the current situation of the world, but I disagree. I know nothing about most things in life, but I know I’m right about this. I’ve discussed with various colleagues how long it could take to get a nerve gear system, like the ones from Sword Art Online (SAO), and some said it could take 30-40 years. What is a nerve gear system? It is similar to virtual reality headsets but expands the capabilities to give make the experience more realistic. If some of the wealthiest and greatest minds in this world worked together on a single project, it could take as little as three years to get a fully completed nerve gear system SAO-type game. Mark Zuckerberg is currently working on the world needed when working on the Metaverse, a virtual-reality space in which users can interact with a computer-generated environment and other users. Meanwhile, Elon Musk is developing the actual system needed but would need the world. If a full SAO game was made available with the nerve gear system, the world could be a better place. To those that believe this wouldn’t help anything, you would be wrong. A game with this much freedom could help so many people through mental illnesses. People who feel like they are nothing in this world or don’t know who they are yet can find a person they want to be in this game. You might hate yourself outside the game but you could escape to a world you feel like someone. If both Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg worked together on this one project, life could be enhanced because of it.
