Elliston is extremely overpriced, dirty, run down, and rude. Management will not address concerns. Packages are stolen. Cars are broken into. They steal money from their tenants. Greed and lies run rampant through the management team here. Conor group, who owns them, are unresponsive as well.

We want to see change. We want verified move-out walkthroughs. We want a safer package room and reimbursements for our stolen packages. We want security cameras that actually work. We want our parking deck to be monitored and for break-in fees to be covered. We want our internet to be charged at the same rate Xfinity would, instead of the $40/month upsell per apartment. We want one of you to actually care about the residents.
