Disabled children lost so much over the past year due to the pandemic...some are due to graduate next year and they deserve to make up what was lost .So many  missed opportunities and services they were denied due to covid 19..In person learners who were unable to be in person because of the pandemic..these children and young adults need the year they missed because what they were recieving during this time was nothing close to what they needed  and there were way to many gaps in learning ..these kids need consistancy and without that they wont get  the best opportunity to become all that they can be.I know this all to well being a single dad of 2 disabled men who are soon to be 21 in june.i have fought and advocated my entire life for these young men and to deny them an entire year of service is just not right..they deserve the year they missed and i am going to fight for them and all of the others that are unable to fight
