The cruise industry has for years operated its ships under foreign "Flags of Convenience," allowing them to avoid United States taxes and employment regulations. Now those same companies want US taxpayers to bail them out to the tune of tens of billions of dollars. 

We say that if you want our money, flag your ships in the USA. 

This is not OK. You want US money...play by US rules.
